Since 2001, the Montage Cafe has been family owned and operated by Aaron and Michele Cox. Aaron and Michele have two daughters; Chloe, age 4 and Carleigh, age 2. While in South Carolina, Michele developed many years of experience in the restaurant hospitality industry, as well as the retail industry. Aaron's background also consists of experience with the restaurant hospitality and the hotel industry. Aaron graduated from Bowling Green with a degree in Communications.

Michele and Aaron make everything at the Montage Cafe daily. They make all the salads and soups, while the local bakery makes the bread. The coffee is Boston Stoker, located out of Dayton, Ohio. The fudge is made on sight. The Montage Cafe has a full service catering facility, on or off the premise, for different events. The Cafe has a full license to serve liquor, beer or wine.
